48 Hour Logo & Website Design Project
 

1. Introduction
Welcome to Davidson Design Biz (DDB). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
 

2. Service Overview 
Davidson offers a rapid web design and logo (Flat Design) creation service called the "48 Hour Logo & Website design Project," aimed at individuals and new businesses requiring an online presence promptly. IMPORTANT - DDB reserves the right to extend the 48 hour period at any time and without notice. This may happen generally due to client demands.

Our service includes:

• A three-page website (Home, About, Contact) or single page scroll version with three sections built within the Wix platform. 

• A custom logo designed based on client-provided information.

• Temporary stock images and placeholder text for demonstration purposes, to be replaced by the client in their website management portal with their own content, at the conclusion of the project. (see "Client Responsibilities" below) Davidson can add the replacement content by arrangement. This may incur an extra pre-pay charge starting from $100 NZD. 

• Guidance & support on Wix account setup and platform use.
   

3. Client Responsibilities
       Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information via an online form to receive a project quote.

• Update their website using their own written replacement content and relevant images. The client is able to do this via their Wix account using the web page editor.

• Manage their website after project completion using Wix's knowledge base & support.
   

4. Payment & Project Commencement

• All projects are pre-paid. Clients will receive a quote and payment link before work begins.
  Once payment is received, work will commence within 24 hours. While no statement or invoices will be provided by DDB, all payment transactions can be accessed via the client's payment provider and or Davidsons preferred payee, PayPal by way of a receipt at time of purchase.

5. Website Platform & Hosting

• Websites are created exclusively using the Wix website building platform, starting with a free account.

• Clients may opt for a paid hosting plan at anytime if additional features like e-commerce or menu integrations are required. A domain name is not included in this project.

• Websites created through Wix, cannot be transferred to other hosting providers.
   

6. Revisions & Adjustments

• Clients may request up to three (3) minor changes to the website at no additional cost.

• They may also request 2 free Logo revisions . 

    Requests for additional changes or revisions will incur a pre-paid charge from $100 NZD
   
​7. Exclusions & Additional Services

• Restaurants and food outlets requiring menu development are not covered under the 48 Hour Logo & Web Design Project. However, Davidson may provide separate consultation and project pricing.

• For bespoke logo designs, clients can check out the logo link on our website.
   

8. Intellectual Property

• Davidson creates a unique logo for each client based on information provided.

• The final logo design and website content becomes the sole property of the client upon the project's completion.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

• Davidson is not responsible for future website management, third-party integrations, or hosting plan decisions made by the client.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with Wix's terms of service.

​10. Agreement & Amendments
By proceeding with a project, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Davidson reserves the right to update or amend these terms as necessary.
